GABLE END MARQUEE TENTS

The design for this tent is derived from a known example of an 18th century German Officer's tent. Although there are a few vague sketches from North America that show a tent that resembles this one in many ways, we have no documented evidence to tell us just how large the tent may have been. We have kept the correct proportions and offer this practical structure in a number of sizes.

The Gable End Marquee is an amalgamation of the best of both wall tents with it's straight gable ends and marquees with the removable walls. The roof section can be erected alone for a canopied area or the walls hung between the interior and exterior valance. The "D" ring and snap hook wall suspension system allows the two doors to be located anywhere convenient. Details include full 34" door panel overlap, mud flaps, and optional fancy trim valance.

Dimensions above are usual finished sizes. For those of you interested but intimidated by the longer ridge poles necessary, we offer pole sleeves of welded sheet metal to significantly reduce the length of your transportable load.
